If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Important:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Sale or discounted items can only be exchanged if they are defective or wrong on delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Accessories (such as jewelry, scarves, etc.)
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale campaigns
- Customized or made-to-order products
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please follow these steps:

- Share your order number, a brief reason for the return, and clear pictures of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
- Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the return/exchange process.
4. Return Shipping
- If the item you received was wrong or defective, we will arrange a free return pickup or reimburse your shipping cost.
- If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, size issue), shipping charges will apply.
5. Refund or Exchange Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.
- If you requested an exchange, we will dispatch the replacement item within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability.
6. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us through WhatsApp or email.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
